* We recommend customers run 5 lbs. of chocolate in the fountain to feed their guests. Eating from the 4lb. minimum causes gaps in the chocolate curtain, detracting from the appearance of the fountain. 5 lbs. will allow a small party to eat all the chocolate they desire while maintaining the chocolate fountain’s flow and appearance
